When using the e-Gamepay, you may need to provide some personal data to continue to use the membership-related services of the e-Gamepay. The main purposes of collecting personal data are as follows:
(1) Verify the identity of the e-Gamepay member identification: When registering, we need to collect information such as your name, ID number, address, email address, etc..
(2) Provide services and support for the e-Gamepay: This information includes contact information (address or email address, etc.), and in order to cooperate with the services or support you request, this information will also be used to provide you with the latest information on products and services.
(3) Posting comments in the forum or answering surveys: The Company will collect email addresses or names.
(4) Collecting data to provide quality services: The data may be used to aggregate statistics and conduct analysis to help design the service that is most suitable for users and easiest to use.
(5) Marketing purposes: Including contacting you or notifying the latest news through the contact. We strive to follow the company's strict guidelines and select reputable partners to provide services. However, our privacy protection does not cover the information you provide directly to the third parties (buyers/sellers in online auctions, online stores, or other linked websites). e-Gamepay recommends that you consult the relevant parties' codes and guidelines before providing any personal information.
(1) Basic information: such as name, gender, date of birth, ID number, passport number, telephone number, address, email address, marital status, family status, name of legal guardian, or other information that can directly or indirectly identify you; and if necessary, we will request the original or a copy for verification.
(2) Financial information: such as financial institution account numbers, credit card numbers, transaction information, and other financial information; and when necessary, we will ask you to provide the original or copy for verification.
e-Gamepay may use your data during the operation period.
e-Gamepay utilizes your personal data globally.
You acknowledge and authorize e-Gamepay to retain and store all the data you provide and place it in one or more databases of the Company. We will maintain full control and protection of all data in these databases in accordance with strict security and confidentiality standards and will not disclose it to any third parties, except for the following persons or organizations:
(1) e-Gamepay employees who have received intuition and training and are authorized to handle customer data.
(2) Third-party service providers who provide support services. These providers are contractually bound to comply with this Privacy Policy.
(3) Any person to whom e-Gamepay is required to disclose data in accordance with applicable laws, government or regulatory requirements.
(4) Any trustee or assignee of the company's interests in the event of a reorganization, restructuring or similar event.
(5) Persons or institutions with whom you transact through the e-Gamepay services, such as financial services, banks, financial institutions, or other related institutions.
(6) The e-Gamepay reserves the right to disclose your personal information to specific individuals in the following circumstances:
(a) The e-Gamepay has sufficient reason to believe that disclosure of such information is necessary to identify or contact you.
(b) If you violate the user terms of the e-Gamepay website or product, or if your actions cause damage or interference to the e-Gamepay website, rights, products, or other users, or if the person who suffered the damage or interference takes legal action.
(c) e-Gamepay has sufficient reason to believe that you are involved in fraud, or other illegal or breach of contract behavior.
(7) Any advertisers or other websites you find linked to the e-Gamepay website may also collect your personal information. This Privacy Policy does not apply to such advertisers or other websites, nor can it control their behavior.
(1) When you join the e-Gamepay's membership or apply for other services and are required to fill in personal information, if the information you provide is reported by others or the e-Gamepay finds that it is insufficient to confirm the authenticity of your identity, the e-Gamepay may suspend our service for you. If you make corrections and the authenticity of your identity can be confirmed, the e-Gamepay will resume your service. If the authenticity of your identity cannot be confirmed, the e-Gamepay will not be able to process your request.
(2) When you join the e-Gamepay's membership or apply for other services, you are free to choose whether to provide personal information when you are asked to fill in the information. However, you may not be able to use services or specific products that require registration or relevant information (such as newsletter subscription, birthday discount, etc.). In addition, if your account is used fraudulently or your information is stolen, if you cannot provide any information or provide false information, your identity cannot be verified and e-Gamepay will not be able to process your request.
We may use "Cookies" to collect information about user usage of our services, which helps users facilitate repeat visits. Cookies are small data sent by a web server and stored in a web browser, allowing them to be accessed by that browser later. Currently, the information collected from Cookies is used to improve the functionality of our services. The data provided by the e-Gamepay services is organized and compiled based on our analysis of users' cumulative usage of the services. The e-Gamepay's systems use appropriate security protocols for identification and authorization to protect the security. However, we are not responsible for any breach of security measures or unauthorized disclosure or use of such data.
Any open websites on the e-Gamepay that are accessible to the general public may be indexed by search engines.
Users should exercise extreme caution if they choose to disclose personal information in accessible areas.
We care deeply about our users' privacy and understand that when we offer new features or business services, it may be necessary to update this policy. We will notify users of any changes before any modification to the Privacy Policy.
Your data, after confirming your identification by the e-Gamepay, may be used to request the following:
(1) To check whether the Company holds any of your personal data,
(2) To review your data held by the Company.
(3) To request correction of your data.
(4) To ascertain the Company's policies and practices from time to time regarding the data and types of data held.
(5) To prohibit access to or use of your data, and to request to be informed of the actions taken by the e-Gamepay in response to any of the above requests. The e-Gamepay reserves the right to charge a reasonable fee for complying with the above requests.
(1) When users use Facebook authorization to log in to the application, we will collect the user's email address and personal public information, mainly for creating accounts and providing personalized services.
(2) If the user deletes the game application or removes the application's authorization in Facebook settings and privacy, we will delete all the user's information.
(3) If the user no longer uses Facebook authorization to log in, you can contact us to delete the authorization data content information of the application. Once deleted, it will not be restored.
Please read the following Terms of Use (""the Term"") carefully before using our Services. The Term apply to your use of any games or mobile applications (""Games""), websites, software, products, and services on the e-Gamepay platform, including our online store (collectively, the ""Services""), on all online devices (including but not limited to the internet, mobile devices, tablets, and any other electronic devices).
Your privacy is important to us, and we will update this Privacy Policy from time to time to process all personal information you provide to us.
To access or use certain features of the Services, you may need to register by opening an account (""Account"") or logging in through a third-party (such as Facebook). If you register an Account, you may be required to provide your details and set a password, or otherwise allow us to access your account information (""Login Information"") through a third party. You must protect your Login Information from disclosure and must carefully take control of your account. You are responsible for all use of your Login Information, whether authorized by you or not. You are responsible for your use of the Service (including purchases). If you discover or reasonably suspect any of the following, including losing the account, being stolen, or unauthorized disclosure of your login details; unauthorized access to your account, or other security or vulnerability issues related to the Service, you must immediately notify us and modify your login details. Please note that if you choose to create an account through any third party, certain User Data you provide to us (or accessed through third parties, depending on the terms and conditions applicable to that third party), including your username and photo, may be published on your user profile and be accessible to other users.
We reserve the right to delete or reclaim your username at any time for any reason, including if a third party claims that the username infringes the rights of any third party or otherwise violates the Term. We also reserve the right to take other actions against your account or any related to your account as necessary to investigate or resolve technical or other issues related to the Service.
In using the Service, you may use legal tender, points, or rewards to access your account to purchase or redeem virtual items (""Virtual Items"") in the game.
You may not purchase or sell Virtual Items outside of the Service at any time. Any such attempted sale will be void and may result in the termination of your account, and we reserve the right to take legal action. You may trade Virtual Items within the game, but only as expressly permitted by the game rules and never with legal tender. You have no rights or title to such Virtual Items other than a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use them in conjunction with the Service. We reserve the right to manage, moderate, control, modify, and delete Virtual Items at our sole discretion and have no responsibility to you or anyone else for the exercise of such rights. We may, at our sole discretion, remove or revoke your permission to use Virtual Items or associate them with your account without prior notice. The price, functionality, and availability of Virtual Items are subject to change without prior notice.
Purchases of Virtual Items are final and not refundable, transferable, or exchangeable except at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to interrupt, suspend, or terminate the Service without prior notice if any of the following circumstances occur:
1. You provide us with false or inaccurate information.
2. You violate applicable laws or the Term.
3. Suspend or terminate the Service by applicable laws or as required by competent authorities.
4. You infringe upon the legal rights of a third party.
5. Suspend or terminate the Service for security reasons.
6. You fail to pay any fees we charge.
Consumers may be dissatisfied with the Operator’s payment services, fee billing, or other related matters. If you have any complaints regarding service quality or are dissatisfied with the Operator's handling of the rules, you may submit a complaint to the Operator's customer service center or in writing within seven days of receiving the notification. The Operator shall respond to the complaint within 14 days (but no longer than 15 days) after receiving the complaint.
We reserve the right to amend or modify the Term at any time at our sole discretion, and you agree to be bound by such amendments or modifications. Your continued use of the Service after these Terms are amended or modified constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

This policy applies to in-game transactions completed through the e-Gamepay payment. The final right of interpretation belongs to e-Gamepay. Policy Update Date: April 2, 2025.
1. If you disclose your account or payment information to others, or if you engage in suspected violations of our policies (such as using cheats, malicious refunds, etc.), or if you fail to complete the identity verification, we will not be able to provide a refund.
2. If game items or any products you purchased (including rebates) have been used or partially used (based on server logs), we cannot provide a refund.
3. We cannot provide refunds for game items or purchased products through platforms other than e-Gamepay.
To prevent potential fraud and misconduct, unless otherwise provided by applicable law, e-Gamepay's refund policy is as follows:
For most e-Gamepay purchases, e-Gamepay does not offer refunds. However, there are some exceptions.
1. If you have not received the game items or game currency after a successful payment, you can request a reissue or refund.
2. If you successfully paid for a limited gift pack or items, but it wasn't sent to your account due to exceeding the purchase limit, you can request an exchange for an item of equal value or a refund.
Please note that if a refund is issued for any game account, the account will be banned. Players can regain access to their account by contacting the refunded game's customer service and repaying the refunded amount.
If multiple refunds are issued for the same game account, the game operator reserves the right to permanently ban the account.
If you purchased from a third-party payment, special regulations may apply. The App Store and Google Play Store have established their guidelines. Please understand that if Apple, Google, or any other third-party payment denies your refund, we are unable to perform your refund either.
Some games may have their own refund policies beyond those listed above. Refund policies vary depending on the items you purchased, when and how you paid, and your location. The refund details published by each game operator will take precedence.
You can implement your rights by contacting the game's customer service directly or writing to [email protected]. We promise to grant your request within 15 days of receiving your email. In common cases, it may take us up to 30 days to respond. If we need more time or need to explain the delay, we will notify.
